Trijicon HD sights

I have a TRP and I love the gun, but hate the 6:00 hold. I want to swap out the stock Novaks for trijicon HD's.

Anyone have experience with them here? Does installing them give the gun a combat hold? (Point of aim/point of impact). Is this something that I have to specify when ordering?
