I was out shooting my .45 a couple of weeks ago and after thousands of rounds fired from it since 1996 my rear sight came loose. Called SA and was sent a RMA label to send the slide in and they would fix it. Within two weeks the slide was back in my possession and what amazed me the most was the fact that my sight was dead on just as I had it adjusted. Extremely satisfied with the SA customer service department.
