Flat finish on stainless DW Pointman question

Been looking for a full size 1911 9mm and found this:

I prefer blued 1911's over stainless. But, this flat stainless is not bad (I think), but I am not sure the images represent the finish as it really is.

Does anyone here have a bead blasted stainless DW, what does the finish really look like? Does it develop shiny spots after use?
