plunger tube with extra legs

Somewhere I saw a plunger tube someone was selling that had either one or two extra staking posts. Actually 4 makes more sense than 3, since 3 just means the center post is a pivot point.

So, I spent time looking on line for this and can't find it. I guess it wouldn't be hard to make but I'll always buy rather than make if it's available. Is it something that died out?

Perhaps the better question is "How often do plunger tubes loosen up?", the tube has been described as a point of weakness in the 1911 design. It's easy enough to drill one or two extra precision holes, though I'm not sure how the inside countersink is done.
