22 TCM/9mm Combo - Ramped Barrels

I am looking to purchase a 22TCM/9mm. However, I see both ramped and standard barrels. I only want one with the ramped barrels. How can I be sure of this.

I contacted Bud's customer service... No help. They will not open a box to check.
I have also messaged several vendors on Gunbroker and not a single reply. Most ads say "May not match picture... Stock Picture..."

I am looking for a 10 round, commander with a fiber optic front sight. Armscor/ Rock Island #51964 (M1911-A1 TCM MS Tac 4.3")

You would think one of these companies would like to sell a gun??? I am ready to purchase.

Anyone got any ideas?
