SA EMP vs 1911
How much smaller, (hand grip size), if at all, is the EMP vs a standard colt 1911? My wife has grown real attached to her new Sig P238, my gov't 1911 is too big. She wants to shoot IDPA with me, wondering if the EMP might fit the bill. Since she just switched from a snub nose to a gun with a safety, I want to re-enforce the on-off safety use. I am getting used to my first 1911 and really understand how important muscle memory could be regarding switching a safety off.
