S&W Adjustable Rear sight leaf spring screw help

Ok I have an older custom BHP with a S&W rear sight. The leaf spring came out last time I had it at the range. So I ordered part number 224570000 but it is too big. Any ideas on what the correct part number might be?

The sight has a rounded front and the white outlines on the rear so I thought it was the newer version. I know the older version with the tiny screw is not longer available but I don't think that is the right one anyway.
