Lee Bullet seating die and Dillon 550B

I am setting up a new Dillon 550B. I am in the process of installing the dies in the tool head. I have screw the bullet seating die in the tool head. All the way down to the shell plate and back it off. The problem is I cannot get the bullet to seat but a few factions of an inch. I have turned the seating screw all the way down and cannot get the desired depth.

Anyone have any suggestions other than order Dillon dies? I can't find anything on the net that addresses that specific problem.
