What's different machinery wise from a 45 acp 1911 to a 10mm?
Hello everyone. I'm trying to trouble shoot a RIA 10mm that's giving me a lot of failure to feed problems. I already sent it in once and I'm really trying to avoid doing it a second time. I'm trying to figure out myself what the problem is and I'm not even quite sure where to start. My first question would be, what's functionally different between the two different caliber frames? If it would cause a 45 to jam, would it be smart to look at the same issue in my 10mm? Or are their intricacies just different enough that the same cause and effect trouble shooting wouldn't work? Thank you for your time. I hope I worded all this correctly.
