Bench made Lifesharp Service

For those of you who have taken advantage of the Benchmade Lifesharp service, how long does it typically take for them to sharpen and ship the knife back?

I typically sharpen my own knives but if they had a fast turnaround time I would consider sending it in for sharpening.

I am interested to know what your experiences have been with the service.
