U.S. & S. 1911A1 Barrel Bushing

I am looking at buying a U.S. & S. M1911A1. So far I only have pics to go by. The front of the barrel bushing appears not to have the concentric maching circles.
Are there any known cases where this would be correct?
If this is definitely not correct, how much would it affect the value, assuming every thing else checks out.
