Press Question

So, I've developed a bug to reload. Mainly as we are all certain that getting ammo could become difficult or stupid expensive.

I really didn't think it would be an option for me due to my living situation. I have no table or place for one or bench.

Started researching to learn about rounds and everything in regards to the loads. Found the single presses that are kind of hand held, and thought, I could do this. Well for that to be effective, stability would be required, but movement shakes whole place and could knock over powdered cases.

Now I'm looking at a turret press, but back to mounting. I was thinking maybe I could mount to a wooden TV tray and hold the whole thing from falling over by using my foot to counter weight on the bottom cross bar.

What I can't determine is how hard would I have to pull the handle to complete each cycle?

Would this be a workable idea?
