Price Check: STI Eagle 9mm

My favorite LGS has a STI Eagle 9mm with hard case, and 3 mags on consignment for $1300.

I have a STI Trojan 9mm that is my favorite gun and I have liked the idea of a 2011. This might be a great opportunity. Is $1300 a fair price?
