If the Stealth has a single-sided safety, it should/might be legal.
I did all of my measuring of ambi safeties, and most are too wide, but depending on how a gun rests in the box, the lid may close on a gun even with a single-sided safety that's not especially narrow.
Advertised barrel length is 4.1", and it's probably no coincidence that CCP max length is 4.1", but I'd suggest measuring; I bought a gun specifically for CCP that has an advertised barrel length of 4", but it measured 4.12".
Advertised Stealth weight is 35.6oz, and again, that's right near the CCP limit of 37. Add a lightweight magwell funnel and you could still sneak in under the limit.
