Acerbity

Just in case some of you might have noticed that I haven't been my usual, congenial self lately and that my posts might be more acerbic than "normal" for me, I'm in the process of making a major change. After 25 yrs on Tobaccy Road, I'm moving to the N. Atlanta suburb of Sandy Springs on 5/21.

Most of the tedium with which I have to deal is the organizing and packing up of all my reloading equipment and components. I have about 100k primers, and a bunch of brass, bullets, and powder.

For the past two days, I've been trying to stockpile enough 9mm ammo to last me and my immediate family a while after the move. I'm going to be joining the Sandy Springs Shooting Range and Gun Club and will be living about 2 minutes from that range.

Was able to sell both of my Tobaccy Road houses and feel good about the move. I took less than half of what was paid for the houses 25-yrs-ago, but that's just how soft the market is here.

Looking forward to shooting a bunch after the move!
