Sight Recommendations

Springfield Champion shoots POA/POI with a .350 Rear (By SCS) and .180 front; thinking about going to tritium sights however. Should I stay with .350 Rear, with removed white dots or put on .350 black serrated rear from Dawson with .180 front.

The other option is .325 rear two dot tritium, with a .160 or .155 front? Would this combo work?
