.45 Long Colt

I have a Colt SAA third generation 5.5" shipped 1979.
I usually shoot 250 grains lead.
I would like to shoot 300 grains lead, I've had some difficulties to find loading data the only found is for Ruger or Contender.
The only data I found is the following, what you think?
300 gr. lead #2 pushed by 4.5 to 5.5 gr. of N320
