Question for those of you who got custom work done

I sent in my slide for some work. I asked the customer service rep that I've been emailing if they'd notify me when they receive it. I was told that they'd be giving me a call to confirm the work I wanted done.

For those of you who have sent stuff in, how long did it take for them to contact you between the time they received your item and when they contacted you?
