EB Service Option Question.. Removing

So im getting my KC ready to send in for some work, and am wondering if anyone has ever heard of EB removing words from the slide, or adding words... I have the old style Kobra Carry on one side and the other blank.... was thinking of asking them to remove the Kobra Carry old script....

Anyways not sure its even possible... anyone heard of such a thing?
